Claude Nobs, the music promoter who founded Switzerland’s Montreux Jazz Festival, died on Thursday at the age of 76, the New York Times reports. Nobs had fallen into a coma after a cross-country skiing accident on December 24th and never recovered. Read more below. Russ B

Now a woman has come forth to admit that looking at a pic of his face makes her feel at ease. Misty Benjamin has showed up to his hearings with her dyed an orange color like he wore the day of the shooting. According to reports she loves him and believes he is not a bad man only what he did is bad. Why Was This Porn Study Not Able To Be Completed?!?
Researchers wanted to compare behavior of young men that watch porn to those who have not ever watched porn. I guess when they began the study they didn’t think it would be difficult to find some men that haven’t watched porn. Maybe they thought there was some non-sexually curious souls out in this world, well they were wrong. The researchers at the University of Montreal were unable to go through with the study after not being able to find anyone, that has not viewed any porn! They’re going to have to think of another way to find how porn affects men’s behavior or maybe aim for a younger age. Steph B

800 NYC Rape Cases To Be Reviewed Because Of DNA Errors
The medical examiner in New York City is currently reviewing over 800 rape cases due to possible DNA errors. According to reports, a lab tech could have mishandled important evidence in the cases. Thus far, 26 of the over 800 cases have been found that the techs didn’t gather all the DNA possible. The cases in question span over ten years from 2001-2011. Read more below. Julie A.
