T.I. & Tiny’s Mugshots Released! Test Comes Back Positive As Ecstasy!

More details have been released in regards to the September 1st arrest of T.I. and Tiny. The drugs found have tested positive as the drug cocktail “ecstasy”. Apparently their car made an illegal U-Turn and they were tailed by police who picked up the scent of marijuana. T.I. is currently on probation for 3 years and can face a “significant jail sentence” if he is found to be out of adherence with the terms of his probation. It seems the fate of T.I. lays at the hand of his probation officer who will ultimately make a weighted recommendation about what should happen to the King of the South. He has two options – one which involves a life filled with more drug tests and drug counseling and the other involves being put behind bars immediately. Lets hope his PO is a nice guy and a fan. Dwight L. Thomas, T.I.’s attorney says he remains optimistic about what the outcome of this entire fiasco will be. “First of all, I don’t know whether in fact he was in possession of any controlled substance, secondly, whatever controlled substance the police officers have seized at that location or at that incident, I haven’t seen any type of lab report or chemical report that verifies or substantiates what that chemical is.” – Dwight L. Thomas

FERRARI RECALL:

Ferrari has issued a recall for its 458 Italias. The cause? Some of them are bursting into flames. Since the sports cars left the factory in Northern Italy, at least six of the cars have caught fire, the Daily Mail reports. The recall effects all 1,248 owners of the $230,000 luxury auto. The problem seems to lie with glue. “The wheel arch assembly and heat shield which incorporates both mechanical fasteners and adhesive may, in the case of particularly high temperatures and as a result of heat produced by the exhaust, cause the deformation of the assembly itself,” a Ferrari rep told the Daily Mail. “Such deformation brings the assembly excessively close to the exhaust causing the adhesive used to overheat and produce smoke or, in the case of particularly high temperatures, ignite.” The much-touted 458 has a 4.5-litre V8 engine which gives it a 0-62mph time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 202mph. Owners who will have to bring in their Ferraris for a check-up include musician Eric Clapton and British soccer player Louis Saha. Ferrari will reportedly repair the pricey sports cars, free of charge.

TI and his wife were arrested in LA last night on drug charges. After stopping their Maybach on Sunset blvd, Hollywood police “smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A narcotics investigation ensued”. They were booked in West Hollywood Sheriff’s station. Bail was set at $10,000. TI is still on 3 year probation for his previous weapons charge, so this could trigger additional jail time for Clifford Harris. Sources on the scene tell us “Tiny” and T.I. were taken to separate squad cars and transported to a local Sheriff’s station. Both were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance. They were released on $10,000 bail.

BREAKING NEWS: Md. Hostage Standoff Over

Gunman in Discovery building shot by police; 3 hostages escape safely…

BREAKING NEWS: HOSTAGE SITUATION IN THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL BUILDING

Police in Maryland are responding to a hostage situation after reports that a man with a handgun entered the Discovery Channel headquarters building in Silver Spring and fired at least one shot. An official with the Montgomery County Police Department confirmed to Fox News that a man with an explosive device is holding at least one person hostage in the lobby of the building. A Discovery employee reportedly told WJLA-TV that the building, located in suburban Washington, D.C., was on lockdown. The employee also said she thought she had heard five or six gunshots. Dan Friz, a spokesman with the Montgomery County Police Department, reportedly told the station that a tactical team is trying to communicate with the gunman. Friz said police were initially dispatched to the building after a report of shots fired at approximately 1 p.m. The suspect, identified by police as an Asian male, has “some sort of device on him that may be explosive in nature,” Friz said. Some witnesses reported that the man fired a shot before declaring, “Nobody is going anywhere,” according to police.
