According to Barclays Analysts RIM, Nokia and HTC could all see the end sooner than later like Palm did in the mobile market. Leaving Windows, Android and the iPhone the last ones standing . The Analysts believe that RIM, HTC and Nokia are all doing terrible right now and the chances of all 3 companies rebounding at the same time is more than unlikely. So what these Analysts are saying if your not Samsung or Apple the chances of you moving anything is more than unlikely. HTC has a new M7 device hitting the mobile market next year but the chances of the phone doing anything is slim since smartphone users looking to get new devices are probably waiting on the GS IV or the iPhone 5S. Tech Talk News: HTC Cuts 1st Qtr Shipments For 2013
Even though HTC is producing smartphones to date, they still continue struggle against the likes of Samsung and Apple. With that said word is HTC is cutting their 1st qtr shipments and is stopping all development of new devices. This is the same company that bought into Beats by Dre just a year ago, did HTC jump the gun or did companies like Samsung and Apple put out far superior devices in 2012. This year HTC has seen nothing but struggle, I think personally if Google gave HTC the go head to develop this years Nexus smartphone they would be back on the map but they gave it to LG. Tech Talk News: Apple’s Request For Samsung Ban Denied
A Judge denied Apple request on Monday to ban 26 Samsung smartphones, even though the courts said Samsung infringed on patents that Apple had. On the other hand the judge also denied Samsung a motion for a new trail. Right after Apple filed another lawsuit stating that Samsung’s newer Smartphones infringe on Apple patents.How many times can these 2 go to court for the same thing in different countries. Tech Talk Updates: New Apple iOS 6.0.2 Released Today
Apple jsut released iOS 6.0.2 to fix a number of issues from the last iOS update. The biggest complaints from iPhone users was the issue of fixing the wifi some were experience. According to some users the wifi signal on the iPhone would turn grey and would not connect to their home wifi. The newest OS update should fix the issue. Let us know if the issue is fixed.
