Skype Buys Qik Video!!!!
Just about a week ago Skype announced it had plans to acquire rival Qik, and I figured “I’ll just Post it when the deal happens”, And well damn if a week later Skype didn’t wrap that up with a nice neat little bow, it’s done deal, Skype owns Qik and celebrated with a blog post announcing the deal and reaffirms that its teams will be “working together… to make our mobile video products even better.”

My Homie BGR came through with another 1, RIM’s BlackBerry Storm 3, has a 1.2GHz processor with a 3.7-inch WVGA display, 5 megapixel camera, dual-band WiFi with UMA support, mobile hotspot capability, and BlackBerry OS 6.1. codenamed Monaca and Monza looks like a September release.

Invisible Tanks Are Here???
Word on the Tech street is BAE Systems, A British company is working with sensors and e-ink(the stuff in e-Readers to camoflage tanks with its surroundings, projecting the area around it on the outside of the tank no matter how fast it rolls through changing scenery, thats gonna be dope in the next “modern Warfare”.

Video Games Suffer Second Slump in 2010

If the video game industry were an arcade game, you would be hearing the disappointing bloops that signal the player to try again.
For the second year in a row, U.S. video game sales posted a decline, down 5.7% to $18.6 billion in 2010 from $19.7 billion in 2009 and $21.4 billion in 2008, according to a report released Thursday by the NPD Group.
