Cobbs Creek, Philadelphia is on the edge as they patiently wait on any new leads in the abducted case where a woman swiftly walked into an elementary school and abducted a 5-year-old girl. In the video, the woman is holding a distinct curved wooden umbrella on 61st and Larchwood. Detectives are looking for a teenager named “China,” as well — who the victim says was in the same house where she was held captive. The reward, which was $80,000, has now been increased to $85,000 as police search for their suspects. The added $5,000 was donated by the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
