Beyonce is on fire right now, and after her amazing last year, it’s no wonder why they would want her to co-chair the Met Gala with Anna Wintour. Controversy arose when Adidas rolled out new T-shirts following the brutal leg injury of Louisville Cardinals’ Kevin Ware. It was great to show support of him but the problem is, it’s against NCAA rules for student athletes to get any of the profits; so basically Adidas was pocketing all the cash. The shirts added fuel to the already growing debate of whether or not college athletes should be paid. Things got a bit too intense for Adidas and they pulled the shirts. Read more after the jump.
Earlier we reported that Too $hort was arrested for a DUI, yet even after trying to run away from the cops he managed to beat all felony charges. Unfortunately, Mr. $hort was hit with four misdemeanor charges by the L.A. City Attorney, two counts of DUI, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of Marijuana or an open container while driving. The hearing is set for April 15th, hopefully his legal team can save him. Too $hort maintains that the meth found in the back of his cruiser did not belong to him. Hit the jump for more.
Microsoft released an official statement following numerous tweets from Microsoft Studios creative director, Adam Orth. He was commenting on rumors of the new Xbox will be required to have24/7 internet connection. Microsoft, does not comment on its products prior to official announcements.

Aaron Ross, the cornerback who played for the Giants from 2007 to 2011, left for the Jaguars in 2012 and then returned to the Giants this year, is in hot water for saying on Friday that he viewed his year in Jacksonville as a nice paid vacation in Florida. Read more after the jump.
Bank of America announced this week, it will be launching a system the will allow ATM users to have a live video chat with bank tellers. This will help customers not familiar with certain aspects of the ATM to get the information needed quickly. The first live chat will roll out in Boston.
