Alicia and Swizz have had quite a time the past couple years since hooking up. The pair started a whirlwind romance which quickly led to a beautiful marriage and the birth of their now 7 month old son, Egypt Dean. Rumors flew from the beginning that Alicia had “stolen” Swizz from his then-wife Mashonda, and until now, Alicia has stayed mum on the subject. O.J. Simpson’s lawyer won’t get a chance to plead for the imprisoned former football star’s freedom before the full seven-member Nevada Supreme Court.
The state’s highest court issued a terse and unanimous order Tuesday declining to do what three of its members already refused to do — hear Simpson’s appeal of his conviction and nine-to-33-year prison sentence in a 2007 armed confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas casino hotel room. Charles Barkley thinks the Miami Heat have “terrific players,” but when it comes to the team getting defensive about people taking shots at them, he calls them “a whiny bunch.”
