Ichiro Suzuki was more pleased with the timing of his clutch swing than securing another Seattle record.

Yesterday we reported that a Southwest Airline flight was grounded about a huge hole was found.  The airline has since announce that they are grounding 80 aircrafts to further investigate them.  FAA records show that cracks were found and repaired in most of the planes, including the one that was force to make an emergency landing. Hopefully they find and correct all problems the aircrafts have before letting them fly again. Read the whole article after the jump

Derrick Rose remembered the celebration the last time the Chicago Bulls met Toronto. He wasn’t about to let the Raptors yuck it up this time.

Rose had 36 points and 10 assists, and Chicago took another step toward the top seed in the Eastern Conference with its 15th victory in 17 games, hanging on to beat the short-handed Raptors 113-106 on Saturday night. Read more…

Last December Lil Wayne paid a tax lien of $1.13 million on his Miami Estate.  His 15,101 square foot estate is currently for sale for about $13 million but if Wayne doesn’t pay the tax lien first he won’t see all of that money. Weezy owes the IRS $5.6 million for the waterfront home and if not paid before the sale that amount will be given directly to the taxman before Weezy sees any of it.

Yale University is currently under federal investigation! The ivy league college’s female students are complaining that the university failed to eliminate a hostile sexual environment.  The investigation stems from an October incident with a fraternity that made their freshman stand around their dorm chanting “No means yes! Yes means anal!” and other incidents that have occurred with the same fraternity.  Read more about the investigation after the jump.

Boston’s David Ortiz has set the major league record for RBIs by a designated hitter.

Ortiz drove in a run with a groundout in the fourth inning Saturday night against Texas. That gave him 1,004 career RBIs as a DH and broke the mark that had been held by Edgar Martinez. Read more…
