If you still don’t know Adrien Broner please get familiar! The young boxing champion makes even Floyd Mayweather look humble, if that’s possible. Luckily for Broner he has the quick hands and fantastic techniques to defeat his opponents and backup his trash talk as he did last night when he defeated Gavin Rees with a fifth round TKO. There’s no shortage of Believers in Bieber, except for maybe in the recording industry where JB failed to get even a single nomination for the Grammy’s this year. Patrick Carney drummer for the band The Black Keys poked a little fun at young Justin the other day saying, “Grammys are for like music, not for money … and he’s making a lot of money. He should be happy.” This sparked a little feud, as Justin was already not cool with being left out, but saying his music isn’t very good doesn’t make him any more happy, and you can really see him acting his age here instead of gracefully accepting the fact that he didn’t make it and going harder in the future. Now days fans are like personal armies especially in social media. Carney changed his profile picture and name on twitter to that of Justin Bieber, and he even changed his bio to read, “official twitter for the actual verified Justin Bieber DOS virtual buddy.” Check the gallery for some of their exchanges.
Parts of President Obama’s forthcoming immigration bill has leaked. The bill will bring a big change to immigrants an the country as a whole. Obama’s bill would allow immigrants to apply for a green card after living here fore eight years only if they learn English, American History and Government. There will also be a background check, biometric information and pay fees. Those immigrants that aren’t included are those who have been convicted of a crime or crimes that lead to a sentence of 90 days in prison or year in prison for a criminal conviction. Another important factor of Obama’s bill is that immigrants who are currently facing deportation could apply for a visa. A change in immigration in this country could potentially lead better things for the economy as well as the job market and the treatment of those coming to America. Of course the Republicans have already begun shooting it down, Rubio went as far as calling it “dead on arrival” so we’ll have to see what becomes of it. Read more below.

The Sprite Slam Dunk contest did NOT live up to the hype. Despite there not being any big names people still expected a great show due to the high flyers and power dunkers in the competition. Unfortunately it fell short and was so bad some NBA stars started throwing their own names in the mix for possibly next year. Check out who after the jump.
