Christian Fernandez, 13, became the youngest inmate in Duval County as he is being charged as an adult for killing his 2-year-old brother and sexually abusing his 5-year-old half-brother. At least 8 were killed as a suicide bomber with a car packed with explosives slammed into one of the gates of the Green Zone in Baghdad. The Green Zone is heavily guarded and its reported that 31 people were injured. Al-Qaida may be responsible for the attack as they have claimed responsibility for a string of attacks across the country killing 92 people. In Jalisco, Mexico, where it is known for violent drug cartels, 17 mutilated men were found on a farm. The bodies were discovered as Mexicans were celebrating there independence. Authorities have not said who is linked behind the killings but the area is known to drug trafficking groups and is a battleground for control. Click below to read more.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that Iran could have enough enriched uranium to construct a nuclear bomb by mid-2013.
