A 14-year-old boy and his mother will receive $700,000 from the settlement of an AIDS discrimination lawsuit against private boarding school, the Milton Hershey School. A Comstock Park, Michigan man is facing a second charge of intentionally infecting a sex partner with HIV. David Smith, 51, appeared in 61st District Court in Grand Rapids on Wednesday afternoon.
