Album Cover: Logic – The Incredible True Story

After announcing the project’s title last week, Def Jam rapper Logic has released the cover art for his sophomore album, The Incredible True Story. The project is set to hit stores later this year, and though we haven’t heard any music from it just yet, it appears to have an interesting Sci-Fi theme judging by the artwork and the trailer! Check out an extended version of the cover in the gallery.

Album Release Date & Cover: Ty Dolla $ign – Free TC

IT’S SO F*CKING LIT!!!!!!!!!! After “Paranoid” picked up steam in the fall of 2013, Ty Dolla $ign became a bonafide star – but it’s been quite some time since then with no release of an official album. The California singer did release his Beach Hou$e EP in January of 2014, but since then, we’ve only gotten one mixtape – and that was last summer! Now that it appears his Future and Rae Sremmurd-assisted single “Blasé” is picking up steam, we’ve finally gotten an official release date, which Ty revealed via Twitter just moments ago along with what appears to be the cover art. Free TC will officially hit stores on November 13, with the pre-order going live tomorrow, September 11. And tonight, Ebro will premiere Ty’s new song with Fetty Wap called “When I See Ya” at 6:30pm EST on Apple Music’s Beats 1 radio. $ign $eason!

(Photos) Cover, Tracklist + Release Date: Chevy Woods – The 48 Hunnid Project

Taylor Gang’s own Chevy Woods has put out tons of mixtapes throughout the course of his career, and now he’s finally gearing up for his first retail release. The Pittsburgh native has announced an August 7 release date for The 48 Hunnid Project, a 7-track EP that includes features from DeJ Loaf (on the previously released “All Said And Done“), Wiz Khalifa, OG Maco and more. “This is, like, a couple of years in the making for this project,” Chevy told HipHopDX. “It took me a while to get the songs that I wanted, to record how I wanted, to get the right features, get the right production. It took me this long just to get everything that I wanted in place, I didn’t wanna give nobody, like, a mixtape-sounding project. I wanted to get out something that was a little bigger.” Check out the tracklist in the gallery and pre-order on iTunes here.

(Video) Lil Wayne Takes Shots At Young Thug For ‘Carter 6″ Cover

Lil Wayne takes shots at Young Thug. Just as the dust between the Young Money yeller and Birdman begins to settle, fuel is being added to the fire of Wayne and Thugger’s beef. When the “Lifestyle” rapper decided to name his upcoming album, Carter 6, he showed a sign of disrespect that was to the extreme. However, when he got butterball butt-naked on the recently-released cover art to the Carter 6, it showed how far he’s willing to go to be bold and prove something (maybe … I guess). Well, Lil Wayne hasn’t spoken on the album’s title, but he sure did have something to say about that cover. During a show last night [April 10], Weezy stopped in the middle of his set to let the crowd know and understand his disdain for the title jackin’ rapper. Of what was audile, you hear Wayne tell the crowd “f**k ’em” and that he wants them to do him a favor by “stop listening to songs of ni**as who pose naked on their motherf**king album covers.”
