It was an AMAZING week for hip-hop this past week! Kanye West, J. Cole and Mac Miller all dropped albums on the same day, and they all did amazing in sales! The big talk was Yeezy vs. Cole, with Ye prevailing by just a few thousand, but Mac Miller definitely held his own as well! Congrats to all! Kelly Rowland also had an album debut on the charts, coming in just behind the guys at number 4. Get the full top 10 list below.

This is why I say, MOST producers needs to stay just that…A PRODUCER! Apparently, as a singer, The Dream’s album sales are in the lower digits, and a fan pointed that out. The singer of, “IV Play” really doesn’t care, because album sales are the least of his problems. He took to twitter to say that and then some! Hit the jump and see what was on his mind.

Today was a REALLY big day in music, with Kanye West, J. Cole, Mac Miller, Kelly Rowland and Statik Selektah all dropping new albums for the masses. The big talk has been Kanye versus Cole for the number one spot, but I think people are unfairly leaving Mac out of that conversation!
