This year makes 20 years of Outkast as a group (whoa!), so Big Boi and Andre 3000 are linking back up for the first time in years and hitting the road in a major way! It was originally reported the duo would be kicking off the ‘reunion tour’ of sorts at Coachella, and possibly do a few other dates following. However, joining social media today via the @Outkast handle, it has been revealed they will be performing at over 40 different stops! Outkast Set To Headline 2014 Governors Ball Festival In NYC
To make the day better, it has been officially announced today via Rolling Stone that Outkast will be headlining this year’s Governors Ball Festival going down on June 6th to June 8th in New York City at Randall Island Park. Andre 3000 and Big Boi also announced that they’ll be hitting the stage at Coachella this year, too. This is super exciting news for Hip-Hop fans! Tickets will be going on sale within the next few weeks so keep a look out.
Andre 3000 & Future Team Up For “Benz Bitch”
As speculated before, Future and the legend Andre 3000 have been seen in the studio cooking up some magic, well now we can add a title to one of the track’s they have worked on for Future’s upcoming album, ‘Honest’! Hit the jump for more.
CONFIRMED: Outkast Will DEFINITELY Be Reuniting At Coachella!
It’s officially time to get excited! There have been rumors buzzing that Andre 3000 and Big Boi would finally be linking back up together for the 2014 Coachella Festival, and it has now been confirmed by Organized Noize member Rico Wade! Rico (who is Future’s older cousin) revealed the news in a new interview with Stereo Gum, adding in how he hopes Future could possibly join the iconic duo on stage. Coachella will be the first of multiple dates that 3 Stacks and Big Boi will play together in 2014. And hopefully after that, new music? (I know, I’m probably pushing it!) Will you be in attendance on April 11th?

Andre is putting that work in! Future made his way over to Instagram to let the fans know that him and Andre 3000 have been hitting the recording studio. Future did let us know that he would be working with 3000 for “Honest” and now it looks like that’s all finally coming together.
