UPDATE: Bill Cosby Admits To Having Sex Encounters With Teens In Deposition Excerpt

Bill Cosby will be facing a preliminary hearing to determine if the criminal sex-assault case in suburban Philadelphia will go to trial or not. Back in 2005, Cosby beat the charges over Andrea Constand’s complaint’s. He was then arrested in December after his deposition in the case in which he admitted to having sexual encounters and giving quaaludes to teen girls became public.


Bill Cosby Sues Andrea Constand For Contract Breach

One thing about those tables, they always turn. Bill Cosby is suing Andrea Constand. Constand claims that Cosby drugged and raped her. Cosby is now taking her to court for a breach of contract lawsuit.


Former D.A. Called In An Attempt To Get Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case Dismissed

Tuesday (February 2) Bill Cosby returned to court for a hearing regarding a promise made to him by former Montgomery County prosecutor, Bruce Castor. According to Cosby’s attorney, Castor promised Cosby would not be prosecuted in the case of Andrea Constand. If you recall, Cosby was charged with drugging and violating Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, at his suburban Philadelphia mansion. Castor took the stand explaining his reasons for making the deal. He said, “The lack of a prompt complaint and the [consequent] inability to gather forensic evidence from the home or from the person is one piece,” adding, “Contacting a civil lawyer before going to the police department” was another. Several Bill Cosby Accusers React To Criminal Charges

Wednesday (December 30th) the first official arrest warrant has been issued for Bill Cosby, for the 2004 alleged drugging and sexual assault Andrea Constand. Cosby has been accused of alleged rape by over a dozen other women and since the news of the charges broke, several of these woman have spoken out. It seems Andrea’s win was a like a small victory for all of them. The first to make a statement was, Andrea Constand, a former Temple employee who was assaulted at Cosby’s Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion released a state via her attorney stating,

“On behalf of our client, Andrea Constand we wish to express our appreciation to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the County Detectives and the Cheltenham Police Department for the consideration and courtesy they have shown Andrea during this difficult time. We have the utmost confidence in Mr. Steele, Ms. Feden and their team, who have impressed us with their professionalism. In that this matter is now being pursued in the criminal justice system, we will not comment further.”

Bill Cosby Afraid That A 2006 Settlement Doesn’t Come To The Light

Oh man. Bill Cosby continues to sink himself in deeper waters. The 77-year-old actor and comedian has been the center of criminal attention with accusations of sexual assault floating in the air; a very publicized one coming from model Janice Dickinson. While he finally made an attempt to clear his name, it does not appear to be working.
