Britney Spears arrived at an X-Factor viewing party in a short black dress with very high heels and a smile across her face.  That smile was hiding some pain she may have been experiencing as she stood on the red carpet for a long period of time.  She revealed painful looking sores on her feet cause by the skin disease psoriasis.  From experience wearing heels for a long time in general hurt, now to witness her in heels with her swollen ankles and open wounds is unbelievable.  But you know what they say, sometimes is hurts to be beautiful.
