Imagine having dinner at a restaurant with your family and next thing you know you’re chowing down on a finger tip instead of a chicken tender. It’s hard enough to wait on people and make minimum wage, but this poor Applebee’s waitress really got it bad. Waiters and waitresses usually make the bulk of their money through tips, and unfortunately one person couldn’t respect that. Applebee’s new menu features one ingredient in particular that is sure to get you coming back. Though the chain has taken some heat, stemming from a franchise owner stating that the Affordable Care Act would force it to cut back on employee hours and hiring, the launch of their new “Spirited Cuisine” could turn all of that around.
