Archos To Release Affordable Smartphones

Archos is looking to drop a smartphone later this year, which will be more than affordable just like their tablets. The smartphones just like their Tablets will run Google’s Android OS. Archos will announce the smartphones around the sometime they plan on announcing a line of “Platinum” Android Tablets. The “Platinum” smartphones will have 4.8-inch Platinum screen, which could cost around $335 and run on a 1.7GHz quad-core MediaTek CPU and use Android 4.1.
