Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Will Not Receive Miranda Rights
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the only living Boston bombing suspect, will not be read his Miranda rights which give him the right to an attorney and the right to remain silent. Before he was captured alive Boston police, the FBI, ATF, and more did everything the could to catch Tsarnaev and make sure that he is still alive. He was taken to a hospital last night and thus far we have no update on his condition. After he was captured and alive, the debate began on whether or not he should be read the rights. Warrant Issued For Lil Scrappy’s Arrest For WHAT?!
A warrant has been issued for Lil Scrappy’s arrest in Georgia. Apparently the warrant was issued because they believe Scrappy tampered with a mandatory urine test. The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star has been subject to urine tests following a 2008 arrest for marijuana possession. The rapper’s lawyer says that he will be in court on May 16 and has been upholding the law since his arrest. Find out what happened with his urine test below.

Gucci Mane Re-Arrested One Day After Being Released From Prison
More bad news for Gucci Mane! The rapper was released from prison yesterday after a judge finally allowed him $75,000 bail. Gucci was behind bars after he assaulted a fan on March 26. It sucks for him that he paid bail money just to be put back in prison. Maybe one day he’ll learn but it doesn’t look like it’s going to be today.
