Earlier this morning, Kevin Hart was arrested from DUI and now — he’s admitting, that’s exactly what happened. California Highway Patrol officers caught him speeding and driving reckless on the freeway, and on the way out of jail.. Kevin didn’t deny it. He actually was completely open about it, and told the officers the same story. Check out exactly what he said below!

Kevin Hart turning into Kat Williams?! Earlier this morning, Kevin Hart was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He was extremely close to slamming into a gas tanker while speeding on a freeway. California Highway Patrol claims, police saw Hart driving in a black Mercedes on the 101 Freeway at 7:30 AM ET. They say Hart was, “driving erratic,” “going 90 MPH” and “almost collided with a gas tanker truck.” When he was pulled over, CA police say he showed “objective signs of intoxication” and was “unable to perform field sobriety tests.” Damn! He’s currently at the local jail for misdemeanor DUI & can be released… on $5k bond. Ain’t nothing to a baller, right… Maybe he should make that bank account transfer.
NFL:(Video) Former Chicago Bears Player Pleads Guilty To Cocaine Charges!
Former Bears receiver Sam Hurd pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court to buying cocaine & marijuana and trying to setup a distribution network. According to documents, Hurd who was initially arrested in Decemeber 2011 after buying a Kilo of cocaine from an undercover officer, reportedly wanted to setup his own network. He allegedly wanted to buy 10 kilos a week for $25,000 each. Two men who were linked to Hurd trying to buy the cocaine were also under arrest and prepared to testify against him if it went to trial. Hurd faces a minimum of 10 years when he goes to sentencing under current drug laws. His lawyer however vows to fight any stiff sentence against his client. I really have no sympathy for the dude though because at the time of his arrest, he had a contract with the Bears worth $5.15 million, so please tell me why your trying to get into the drug game? I’m not mad at you, boo. Catch me while I’m hungry or PMSing or something? Someone could definitely get choked for singing this around me, LOL! One too many drinks for Colorado native Samantha Malson, and the 23-year-old found herself behind bars for choking out her 26-year-old boyfriend Lars Hansen for singing the catchy tune…on his birthday, no less. It wasn’t just as simple as that, though. Samantha told the cops that the couple had been arguing for hours because Lars had drank all of the liquor in the apartment that they shared. After she left to blow off some steam, she returned to find him repeatedly singing “Thrift Shop” over and over, and allegedly asked him stop singing at least 25 times. At that point, it was time to put the paws on him. She is currently out on bond, but no word on their status as a couple. I think it’s safe to say, though, that “Thrift Shop” won’t be making any of her iTunes playlists for some time.
