Assault Case Against Chris Brown From Denver Stripper Has Been Dropped

Last month, Chris Brown’s “One Hell Of A Nite” tour stopped in Denver, and there was a bit of an incident on the tour bus during an after-party. A woman from a local strip club didn’t want to adhere to the strict “no cell phones” policy, and was promptly removed from the bus, along with her phone (which was thrown out of the door for her to catch.) She went on to claim that she was “forcibly removed” and that her phone was broken when it was tossed, and filed a police report for third degree assault. However, security footage from the nearby strip club shows her exiting the bus quite regularly on her own accord. Unsurprisingly, Federal Heights PD in Colorado now reveal the woman claimed she hired an attorney, and said she no longer wanted to pursue the case. They also did a small investigation of their own and turned up absolutely nothing. Bogus, just as we all could tell! Just for giggles – hit the gallery to see the “proof” the woman attempted to provide.

Columbus Short Gets Three Years Probation In Assault Case

Looks like Columbus Short got off easy after pleading no contest for knocking a man unconscious in a bar fight. The former Scandal actor was facing four years behind bars until the judge gave him three years probation instead. The fight left the victim with a concussion and fractured eye socket. However, Short’s lawyer believes he will be able to move passed the incident. Short’s attorney, Ludlow B. Creary II said, “Mr. Short can put this behind him and get on with his life and his career.” “We came to an agreement with the prosecutor and the court.” In order to help him “get on with his life and his career” Short was ordered to “60 days of community labor and ordered to complete 26 anger management classes” as well as paying restitution to the victim.
