According to TMZ reports, the 52-beroom home, has been on the market for almost a decade, costing the bankrupt rapper nearly $70,000 a month just to maintain. The mansion has finally sold and will be transformed into an assisted living facility for old folks. After taking a huge price cut from $18 million the home sold for $8 million and includes 9 kitchens, an outdoor and indoor pool, grotto, helicopter pad, casino, nightclub, basketball courts and more!
