Famous manager Scooter Braun has officially put his luxurious bachelor pad on the market for a whooping $11.6 million dollars. Braun is known for managing well-known talent including Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, to name a few. The 5,300 square-foot home in Hollywood Hills has four bedrooms and five bathrooms along with a pool, jacuzzi and a fire-pit and a beautiful view overlooking Los Angeles. Listing agent Darlene Hutton reveals, “He basically gutted the whole place. He put a ton of money into it. He opened up the walls, redid the kitchen and bathrooms, put in a state-of-the-art security system with cameras at every point of entry. After his split from longtime girlfriend Jordin Sparks, Jason Derulo is ready for the single life, and has purchased a $3 million bachelor pad in Tarzana, California. (That’s where a lot of the celebs live in the L.A. area.) The crib looks like a mini-castle from the outside, complete with turrets and stained glass windows. Inside is just as awesome, with a billiard room, bar, a gym with a sauna and tanning room, a grand staircase, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows. But wait – it gets even better outside! The backyard has a 75-foot pool with a bridge that leads to a pergola, complete with built-in bar, spa and entertaining area. Don’t forget the lighted basketball court! Oh, and just for good measure, the house has a separate guest house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a 3-car garage. What the heck! I’m moving in ASAP.
