Drake’s ‘Back To Back’ Makes History As The First Grammy-Nominated Diss Track

To say the least, 2015 was an exciting year for Hip-Hop. Back in July, Drake released a second diss track aimed at Meek Mill, which turned into a hit record over night. In fact, the track gained so much popularity, that Monday when the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards nominations were revealed, ‘Back to Back’ was among the nominees for Best Rap Performance. Drake’s Meek Mill diss “Back to Back” is being played just about EVERYWHERE.  A Golden State Warriors fan decided to deliver that same ether to the Cleveland Cavaliers with his own version of “Back to Back” dedicated to his favorite team and it’s pretty good.

In between taking shots at Rick Ross and Vivica A. Fox via social media, 50 cent had time to put on a concert for his fans in Sweden. However, the show did not distract him from his very public social media feuds and the rapper took just a few moments to take shots at another MMG member; Meek Mill. 50 Cent stopped his show to talk about the beef that went on between Drake and Meek Mill just a few months ago. He said, “That ‘Back to Back’ shit is fire,” and then went on to compare their beef to a schoolyard fight. Check out the clip below.
