Denied For Bail Reduction Suge Knight Pleads Not Guilty

Looks like Suge Knight will not be getting the hefty bail reduction he was looking for. The judge denied his request during the arraignment hearing. Knight plead not guilty during Thursday morning’s hearing. Get all the details after the jump.


Suge Knight Is Now Able To Make Bail

Hmm, could this have anything to do with Bone not wanting to snitch? The judge Suge Knight’s murder case has just drastically reduced his bail from $25 million to $10 million, which is much easier to attain. So much easier, in fact, Suge’s lawyer Matthew Fletcher told TMZ he now thinks Suge can make bail as early as today! The good news doesn’t stop there – the judge has also dropped one of the hit-and-run counts against Suge, though the murder and attempted murder counts still stand. This is certainly an interesting development! We’ll keep you updated.

Bobby Shmurda Posts Bail; Will Be Released Within 72 Hours

According to reports, high-profile bail bondsman Ira Judelson (who has bailed out the likes of Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Ja Rule, DMX, Plaxico Burress and more) has officially posted the $2 million bail money for Bobby Shmurda, and he could be freed as early as today. Bobby had been behind bars at Riker’s Island for 6 weeks since getting arrested along with 14 other members of his GS9 crew (including rising star Rowdy Rebel,) and has been moved to the Manhattan Detention Complex, known as “The Tombs,” following Friday’s bail posting. From here, the city will now have up to 72 hours to review the bail package, and if they’re “playing fair, there will be no need for a hearing,” Kenneth Montgomery, Bobby’s lawyer, said.
