The folks at Ben & Jerry’s are getting ready for a mashup like no other, with Colorado’s, New Belgium Brewery for a beer inspired by ice cream, a salted caramel brownie ice cream flavored beer.
Ben & Jerry’s Wins Court Order Blocking Pornographic DVDs
Apparently a pornographic producer thought it would be cool to use a similar Ben & Jerry’s title and their ice cream flavors for selling and advertisement of DVDs. The ice cream company was not having it and neither was the courts because they happily presented Ben & Jerry’s with a temporary court order blocking any improper use of the company’s name and flavors.
