L.A. District Attorney Throws Out Two Alleged Sexual Assault Cases Against Bill Cosby

Despite being arrested last week for the alleged sexual assault of Andrea Constand, Bill Cosby is being let off the hook by the L.A. District Attorney for two other alleged sexual assault claims against him. The first from 2008 at the Playboy Mansion, and the other in 1965 against a then 17-year-old. The D.A. threw out both alleged cases. The 1965 case was rejected because the statute of limitations has run out while the 2008 also missed the statue of limitations timeframe and lacked sufficient evidence. Read more below.


Attorneys Want To Put A Pause On Camille Cosby’s Deposition; The Judge Is With It

Camille is here for her man; everywhere but on the stand in a courtroom. The 71-year-old wife of Bill Cosby, who was arraigned and released late last week, was ordered to partake in a deposition against her husband this upcoming Wednesday, however, with the assistance of her attorneys and in agreeance with U.S. Magistrate Judge David Hennessey, the testifying has been put on hold. The Game took to Instagram Tuesday, to defend the once beloved comedian Bill Cosby. In a long rant, the Compton rapper questioned how murderers like George Zimmerman can walk free, but Cosby is being targeted. Just last week, Bill Cosby was arrested for a 2004 incident that occurred at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion. Former Temple employee Andrea Constand alleged Cosby drugged and raped her, while he claims their interaction was consensual. He’s currently out on a million dollar bail, awaiting trial. The Game isn’t the first celebrity to come to Cosby’s defense,however. Waka Flocka recently shared his feelings about Cosby’s arrest in a Twitter rant of his own. More below.


Bill Cosby Is Reportedly Blind, Suffers From a Degenerative Eye Disease

While awaiting trail for the three-counts of sexual assault charges that were brought against him last week, Bill Cosby has now reveled through his attorney that he is blind. The once beloved comedian and actor has now been accused of rape and assault by over 50 women to date and will be facing at least ten years behind bars if found guilty. As the case draws near, the 78 year-old’s health has been referenced many times. In an interview with CBS This Morning, Cosby’s lawyer Monica Pressley stated, “He’s a 78-year-old blind man who they’ve chosen to charge, that’s not a defense to a charge, that’s just a fact.” Read more below.
