Billboard’s Top 10 Album Sales, Week Ending 11/24/13 … Eminem Tops The Charts & Yo Gotti Scores First Top 10!

Eminem is still winning with The Marshall Mathers LP II, the follow up to his 1999 cult classic, The Marshall Mathers LP. The project moved 120k units this week, bumping it back up to number one in its third week. Yo Gotti also won big, as I Am debuts at number 7 with 48k. Billboard’s Top 10 Album Sales, Week Ending 11/17/13 … Congrats To Jhene Aiko On A Top 10 Debut!

Lady Gaga scored her second number one album this week, when her latest album ARTPOP debuted with 258k copies sold. This pales in comparison to 2011’s Born This Way debuting with 1.1 million copies, but that project also had a $0.99 sale on Amazon during the first week. Also having a great week is newcomer Jhene Aiko, whose debut EP Sail Away sailed onto the charts at number 8 with 34k copies sold. Congrats! Get the rest of the top 10 below!


Billboard’s Top 10 Album Sales, Week Ending 10/20/13 … Pearl Jam Nabs Their Fifth #1 Album

Legendary rockers Pearl Jam scored their fifth number one album this week with Lightning Bolt, moving 166k copies in its first week out. Their first number one was way back in ’92, so it’s awesome to see they still have it, over 20 years later! Get the rest of the top 10 below.


Billboard’s Top 10 Album Sales, Week Ending 10/6/13 … Justin Timberlake Scores His Second #1 For 2013!

Billboard’s Top 10 Album Sales, Week Ending 9/29/13 … Congrats To Drake On The #1 Album!

Drake went gold his first week out, moving a whopping 658k units of his third studio album, Nothing Was The Same, this past week. It makes for the second highest overall debut this year (trailing Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience which did 968k), the highest rap debut and most importantly, Drizzy’s personal best sales week. His last album, 2011’s Take Care, started at number 1 with 631k, while his debut album, Thank Me Later, launched at number 1 with 447k in 2010. He just keeps on getting better!
