Steve Job’s Bio Pic Gets Release Date and Distribution Deal

Apple nerds can rejoice the Steve Jobs bio pic finally gets a release date and working on distribution deal. The news was broken by Movieweb that the movie would get distributed though Open Road Films. Now the word is the movie should be released sometime in April, but before the release the movie will be shown on the last 3 days of Sundance, which includes  a closing night premiere. The bio takes place during the times of  1971 through 2000 showing Steve’s ups and downs with Apple.  And not to be confused with Aaron Sorkin’s penned flick that is based in part on the Walter Isaacson biography which should be released later this year also. VH1 Announces Plans To Produce A New TLC Bio Pic

VH1 has announced plans to release a series of “music-focused bio-pics”, the first of which will feature the evolution of the legendary female hip hop trio, TLC. The film will be penned by screenwriter Kate Lanier and both Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Chilli have signed on to consult and produce the film. Read the full press release after the jump!! Wendy L.
