Like most Universities, the maintenance staff’s children could be given a free ride; all the kids have to do is get accepted. Well, that was exactly the case for janitor, Fred Vautour, as he sent all 5 of his kids to Boston College for free.

Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston remains the most talked-about college football player in America and lately it appears all bad as the NFL Draft draws closer and closer. The defending national champion, Heisman Trophy winning quarterback led No. 3 Florida State to another comeback win Saturday, pulling out a not-so-pretty 20-17 win over Boston College but it was one thing he did during the game that had everyone talking.

Is International marketing in Kobe Bryant’s future? Probably not, especially since considering he already markets himself so well, but if nothing else he made the college kids days at Boston College. While on a road trip with the Lakers this week for a game against the Celtics Kobe stopped by a random class at Boston College and sat in. Of course nobody was able to focus and it turned into an autograph and picture session, but it was still cool of him to do that. I wonder if Kobe will ever go back to school himself.
