The Get Down is scheduled to come in 2016, and it’s been a work in progress for ten years now. Talk about well-thoughtout. The Get Down will be set in the South Bronx, New York, during the late 1970s and will follow a group of tight friendships who grow-up on the streets, only to survive them with hip hop.
