NBA: Lakers Coach Byron Scott Wants Kobe Bryant to Take More Shots

I don’t know if it’s just me but every time Byron Scott opens his mouth I wonder a little bit more how he became the head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers.  First he wanted Kobe Bryant to play a ridiculous amount of minutes for his age and after seeing that wouldn’t work on Kobe’s worn out body, now he wants Kobe to take more shots.  Everyone else was complaining about the massive amount of shots Kobe was taking, often twice as many as any other player on the team.  After taking three games to rest, Kobe adjusted his game, taking fewer shots with a higher efficiency and now Scott wants him to revert back.
