Baltimore Officer Caesar Goodson Jr., is a mere days away from his trial date on charges of manslaughter, assault, reckless endangerment, misconduct, and second-degree “depraved-heart” murder against Freddie Gray; the young man died due to spinal injuries while in a police van that Goodson was driving. The Jan. 11th trial date will be the second of the sixth that will take place. The first trial, which turned out to be a mistrial due to a deadlocked jury, was for officer William Porter; a guy that now has to testify in Goodson’s trial (he also has to testify in the trial of Sgt. Alicia White). Hit the jump for more.
