Canelo Alvarez defeated Erislandy Lara by split decision last night, a decision that once again has many people questioning how legit boxing is. Many viewers tend to believe Lara earned the win and out boxed Alvarez and is leading to conspiracy theories about the already sketchy sport of pro boxing. Boxing:(Video) SMH, Judge From Mayweather Fight Has Shady Past
Anyone who watched the fight last night with Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Alvarez saw a lopsided, dominant performance by Floyd. You could of possibly gave Alvarez 2 rounds, and maybe struggled to give him a third round. Somehow, however, ringside judge CJ Ross, thought the fight was even. Her decision is what prevented Floyd from having a unanimous decision victory. It is mindblowing that someone could say that fight was even, but she found a way. After some digging though, it turns out her past as a judge is questionable. Hit the jump for more.
Boxing: It’s Over!! Floyd Mayweather Dominates Alvarez, Moves To 45-0
The fight just ended in Las Vegas and the night as usual belongs to Floyd Mayweather Jr. He Dominated almost every round, but somehow one of the judges ruled it a draw. Canelo Alvarez showed a few bright spots, but overall he was no match for Floyd’s speed. The fight went the full 12 rounds, but was not really close in my opinion. Floyd stands alone once again as the biggest, brightest star in boxing. He standing tall too, since he was guaranteed at least $41 million tonight. Stay tuned for further updates.
