They promise there’s no problem with the company and they just have to reorganize and come up with a plan to handle all of its debts. In a statement, they reassured their loving followers that their move is just “like American Airlines and General Motors having sought reorganization under Chapter 11.” As for the founder Joe Francis, he’s still as rich as ever.

Food Chain Facing Bankruptcy
A popular food chain is close to filing bankruptcy, according to a new report. The food chain could file for Chapter 11 as early as next week. The restaurant chain was established in 1935 by two brothers and has owned by a private equity firm since 2007.
