Chris Brown’s Assault Case: The Real Problem Is STILL Rihanna …Sheesh!
Word is, CB’s people aren’t too worried about the misdemeanor assault charge, they’re WAY more concerned about the impact it will have on his probation status in the Rihanna case. TMZ claims, “the charge against Chris was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor because the victim’s injuries weren’t that severe and witness statements conflicted. The reality is — worst case scenario … Chris won’t do any time for the assault.” For the Rihanna case, the Probation Dept. will submit a report to the judge, and then D.A. will give their input and they will almost definitely ask the judge to REVOKE Chris’ probation. Worst comes to worse, if probation is revoked, Chris will do 4 years worth of time in State prison.

British graffiti artist, Banksy, decided to bless the city of New York with various works of graffiti art. He plans to reveal a new work of art for each day in October. But, in East New York, Brooklyn’s going hard for the money. According to pictures and video, three men are covering up Banksy’s work with cardboard and charging potential viewers for the gaze. 16 Year Old Involved In Taft School Shooting Is Being Charged As An Adult
After the Taft, CA shooting, a 16 year-old was arrested and charged with critically wounding one victim (the second refused medical attention). Prosecutors weighed many options into making this decision, but they decided to charge him as an adult, because of the wounds (of the victim) and the fact that he used a hand gun. The Kern County prosecution is charging the unidentified teen with two counts of attempted murder and three counts of assault with a firearm. What is going through people’s minds? Randy Travis Pleads Not Guilty To Assault Charge!!
The “Look Heart, No Hands” singer Randy Travis is claiming he “didn’t use his hands.”LOL The country superstar pleaded not guilty on Friday in connection with a citation he was issued for simple assault outside a church in Plano, Texas, back in August. In Friday’s hearing, Travis entered his plea and asked the judge for a jury trial. His attorney said the singer was merely trying to defend his girlfriend and another woman.Travis will head to trial on March 11 at 8AM. RUSS B
