DAMN! Judge Will Not Dismiss Suge Knight’s Murder Case!!

Suge Knight can’t catch a break! The former Death Row Records executive has been held in jail ever since he was arrested for running over two men in Compton, killing one of them. Initially, the surviving victim told the detectives it was Suge who ran them over, but he refused to identify his assailant in court. While Knight believed the lack of testimony would make it easier for the case to be dismissed, it looks like the judge is making sure Suge doesn’t get away with his crime. Cle “Bone” Sloan Refuses To Testify Against Suge Knight

…and the saga continues. Cle “Bone” Sloan suffered from two fractured ankles, two torn ligaments in his knees and a shoulder injury after Suge Knight performed a hit-and-run in his SUV, and yet, he still refuses to testify against the regular inmate. Bones references the Cam’ron philosophy of ‘no snitching’.

“Sticking to code” or is there more we don’t know? In the latest of court proceedings Cle “Bone” Sloan Takes Stand, Won’t ‘Snitch’ on Suge Knight for the murder of Terry Carter. Bone had been in the hospital healing a laundry list of injuries but firmly told prosecutors he “won’t be used.”

Suge Knight is claiming “self defense” in his fatal hit-and-run at Compton’s Tam’s Burgers earlier this year, where he killed a man by the name of Terry Carter, and injured another, Cle “Bone” Sloan. Suge says that he feared for his life after being attacked and that’s why he so quickly fled the scene, having no idea he’d run over 2 men in the process. Of course, Terry Carter’s family feels it was intentional, but something Bone told investigators may actually HELP Suge’s claims.
