In the newly filed court documents, Amanda’s parents say she is a “substantial risk” to herself and others, citing her erratic behavior, including her DUI arrest last month, her shoplifting and her bizarre and sometimes violent conduct in NYC. They also reveal just how much she’d been spending, saying the gift purchases have been “extensive.” Her net worth is listed as $5,747,703.36, and of that, $2.8 mil is homes that she owns. They added that the only money she made in 2013 was $144,768 from a home she rented out. Man, good thing they got her when they did. I am so sad for this girl! Praying she really gets the help she needs for good this time.

Amanda Bynes has been in a Malibu rehab facility since September, getting treatment and psychological counseling, and it appears she’s finally much better. Doctors revealed plans to release Amanda to her mom next month, who will then take her to the family house and provide supervision. Looks like she’ll be home for Christmas! “Aside from the fact that the meds and therapy appear to be working, doctors are concerned that Amanda is going stir crazy,” TMZ reports. “She’s not allowed to go outside because paparazzi are hanging out at the facility and the staff is worried if Amanda is around other patients and pictures are taken, it will compromise the others.”

Fact is, Amanda is currently on an LPS hold in the psych ward, which means doctors have more secure control over Amanda than her mother would have with a conservatorship, so there’s no need to keep fighting in court. There’s talks she’ll be staying until 2015 as well, so there shouldn’t be trouble for some time. Still though, doctors have given Amanda’s mom the power to make medical and financial decisions for her daughter under the LPS hold.

Amanda Bynes’ mother is desperately trying to get control over her troubled daughter’s life with a conservatorship (against Amanda’s wishes), and she’s willing to stop at nothing until she gets it…except for one thing. Lynn Bynes is open to dropping the bid, if and only if Amanda agrees to continue psychiatric treatment in a hospital. Lynn went to court this past Friday for the conservatorship, but the residing judge ordered a full investigation before giving a “yes.” He felt there was no need to grant a temporary conservatorship at this stage, because Amanda was already ordered to remain in the hospital for another two weeks. The judge set another hearing for August 9th, where he will require Amanda to be present as well. Hopefully Lynn’s plan works, though, because sources are saying that Amanda “is agreeing to stay in treatment. She will say anything to get out and stop her mom from getting a conservatorship. Lynn needs to carefully evaluate the situation before deciding anything.”
