Last year, Andrew Auernheimer who was convicted of stealing thousands of iPad users email addresses is now trying to get an appeal. This week his lawyers, Tor Ekeland and Mark Jaffe, filed a 74 page document to the US Court of Appeals.

NCAA: Jerry Sandusky Placed on Suicide Watch & In Protective Custody

Man Confesses To Murders And Asks For Death Penalty!

William Clyde Gibson is a convicted sex offender that decided to plead guilty by writing a letter to his local newspaper.  He was arrested for strangling 3 women and let the paper know that he has no problem receiving the death penalty.
