J. Cole Shoots Short Film For “Crooked Smile” Video

J. Cole already had a video in the can for his TLC-assisted single “Crooked Smile,” but revealed a couple weeks back that the reason behind the delay was because he’d decided he to scrap it, hoping to create something better. Looks like that ‘something better’ has come to fruition, as I’ve gotten word the Born Sinner rapper has shot an entire short film for the track this past week. It will pay homage to Aiyana Stanley Jones, who was shot to death in a police raid during the taping of an episode of The First 48. Be on the lookout for this one soon!
