Former D.A. Called In An Attempt To Get Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case Dismissed

Tuesday (February 2) Bill Cosby returned to court for a hearing regarding a promise made to him by former Montgomery County prosecutor, Bruce Castor. According to Cosby’s attorney, Castor promised Cosby would not be prosecuted in the case of Andrea Constand. If you recall, Cosby was charged with drugging and violating Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, at his suburban Philadelphia mansion. Castor took the stand explaining his reasons for making the deal. He said, “The lack of a prompt complaint and the [consequent] inability to gather forensic evidence from the home or from the person is one piece,” adding, “Contacting a civil lawyer before going to the police department” was another. (Audio) Bill Cosby Accuser Chloe Goins Records Diss Track After D.A. Throws Out Case

Just last week, the L.A. District Attorney threw out two of the cases brought against Bill Cosby. One of those cases involved, Chloe Goins who filed claims that Cosby had drugged and raped her during a 2008 Playboy Mansion party. The case was thrown out for several reason including, Cosby had an alibi and the statute of limitations had run out. Chloe Goins was clearly upset by the ruling and chose to channel her anger by recording a diss track, titled “Bill Cosby: Diss Record”. According to reports, Goins recorded the song in Southern California under the alias ‘Chlo-Chlo.’ The song includes the lyrics;

“Hey Bill, I guess you think you’re pretty slick. Making sure you drugged us, thinking that we would forget ya. But we didn’t, and now everybody knows.”

Only ONE Factor Can Send Caitlyn Jenner Away To Prison…

Caitlyn Jenner has been on the edge over the possibility that she MIGHT have to spend some time behind bars for the fatal car accident she was involved in a few months ago that left one woman dead. However, it looks like she is in the clear. The D.A. is not looking like they plan to prosecute Jenner due to the fact that they do not find her actions “criminal” per say, but more so negligent. The people making the final decision are also depending on the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. to see their thoughts on the issue – and thus far they’ve felt the same.

D.A. To File Vandalism Charges Against Bieber TODAY In Egging Case!

Though he’s in the clear for his DUI case in Miami earlier this year, Justin Bieber isn’t totally out of trouble with the law. TMZ reports that the pop star will be charged today in connection with the now-infamous egging case, though it’s unclear at the moment whether the vandalism will be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony. We do know, however, that the prosecutor is gunning for a felony charge, so there’s definitely a high chance that’s what it will be. Time will soon tell for the Biebs!

(Video) Big Trouble For Chris Brown: D.A. Wants Him In Jail… NOW!

Chris Brown almost went to jail today! L.A. prosecutors seriously want Brown to make his way over to jail. They even asked a judge to send him straight to jail. Chris appeared for a hearing on the D.C. assault case, where he was accused of beating up a man last October. The hearing was held by the judge in the Rihanna beating case, who will decide if Chris went against his probation by allegedly committing the assault. Prosecutors wanted the judge to throw Chris in jail right away and set a probation violation hearing. Prosecutors claim “Brown’s violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency” and he poses “an increasing danger to society.” The D.A. says they have now reviewed the D.C. case, interviewing witnesses and examining evidence… and they say there is probably cause to believe Chris is guilty as charged. The judge, however, ruled Chris was better off completing his 90-day rehab for anger management than being thrown in jail, so he shut down prosecutors.
