Billboard 200: Chris Brown Debuts At #3 & Pusha T Debuts At #20

Another week, another number one for Adele. Shocker! For the fifth week in a row, 25 reigns supreme on the Billboard 200, this time moving an additional 1.16 million units. By the way – this is all pure album sales. All other artists have streaming added into their figures, but Adele has not made 25 available on any of the streaming services. Crazy, right? Elsewhere on the chart, Chris Brown’s Royalty sees a strong debut at number 3, coming in with a very strong 184k units sold. This is Chris‘ largest sales week since 2011, when F.A.M.E. started at number 1 with 270k sold. He has released three albums since – 2012’s Fortune, 2014’s X and 2015’s Fan of a Fan: The Album with Tyga. As for Pusha T, King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude sold 45k, landing at the number 20 position. This definitely would have been a top 10 contender at a different point in the year, but with so many big names like Adele, Justin Bieber and One Direction to compete against, it made it tough! Still a solid number, however, and this is only the appetizer for the main course, King Push, which is set to release this April. Check out the full top 10 on this week’s Billboard 200 below!

Find Out How Much Chris Brown and Pusha T Are Expected To Sell This Week!

It comes as no surprise, but Adele is number one once again this week on the Billboard 200. 25 moved another 825k units, making it the biggest selling album released in the U.S. since her last album, 2011’s 21. As for debuts, August Alsina’s This Thing Called Life came in at around 43k units at number 12, while R. Kelly’s The Buffet entered with approximately 37k units at number 16. Looking forward to next week, the two big debuts will be from Chris Brown and Pusha T. For Chris’ Royalty, he’s looking at 150-160k, which will likely give him the #2 spot (behind Adele.) As for Push’s Darkest Before Dawn, he’s looking at around 40-45k. In the meantime, check out this week’s top 10 on the Billboard 200 below!
