Attorneys Want To Put A Pause On Camille Cosby’s Deposition; The Judge Is With It
Camille is here for her man; everywhere but on the stand in a courtroom. The 71-year-old wife of Bill Cosby, who was arraigned and released late last week, was ordered to partake in a deposition against her husband this upcoming Wednesday, however, with the assistance of her attorneys and in agreeance with U.S. Magistrate Judge David Hennessey, the testifying has been put on hold. Bill Cosby’s Wife Ordered By Court To Give Deposition Against Him
Camille Cosby has been ordered by the court to give a deposition against her husband, Bill, who was arrested Wednesday for an alleged sexual assault dating back to 2004. Cosby has been accused of drugging and raping dozens of women including former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand. Camille Cosby filed a motion to not testify due to a claim in the Massachusetts marital disqualification law, however was shot down by Magistrate Judge David H. Hennessy. The judge claimed to have found “no merit” during his ruling. Camille will now testify at Bill’s deposition January 14th.
Bill Cosby Ordered To Testify In Sexual Assault Case
Wednesday (August 5th) a judge ruled Bill Cosby will be required to testify under oath in the case where a woman is accusing him of sexual assault. The once beloved comedian will be subjected to questions this October about allegations made by Judy Huth, who is claiming Cosby molested her when she was only 15 years-old. This will be the first time Cosby has been ordered to testify under oath regarding accusations since a 2005 deposition in which he admitted to giving women quaaludes. Read more below.
Bill Cosby’s 10 Year Old Deposition Reveals His “Calculated Pursuit of Young Women”
The more we dig the more shocking information comes out about the once beloved comedian Bill Cosby. Most recently The New York Times obtained documents from a 1995 deposition from Philadelphia. Cosby was being questioned about his relationship with a young woman who had accused him of drugging and molesting her.
