Things aren’t looking to good for Abercrombie & Fitch. A federal judge has ruled that the company violates the Americans With Disabilities Act with its porch front stores and blocked ramps. A company spokesman said that the raised entrances were designed to create an entry to a house in Southern California that you would walk up onto the porch or walk down into the porch, to enter, like you would do at a beach house…well obviously they aren’t thinking about people who are in wheelchairs !! Subway Location Closed After Offering Heterosexual Only Valentines Day Special

A Subway location in Angers, France has stirred the pot on marriage equality all over the world when a Valentine’s Day special for heterosexual couples only at a local Subway restaurant. The backlash from the offer was world wide, even causing other Subway locations to take some heat from it’s customers even though the franchises are owned individually. A Photo of the offer has been cycling around the internet and it looks like bad business for Subway, after the owner of this particular location said “Discrimination: No, the marriage for all law has advanced, but has yet to be ratified by the Senate. A 14-year-old boy and his mother will receive $700,000 from the settlement of an AIDS discrimination lawsuit against private boarding school, the Milton Hershey School.
