Though many fans have lost hope that Dr. Dre would ever release his third album ‘The Detox’ being that it was originally slated for release over 10 years ago, perhaps there may be some hope after all. Case in point, a brand new cut from the good Doctor featuring protege Kendrick Lamar and crooner Jeremih. No word on whether this was intended for the long overdue album, or if it was merely a leak never intended for release, but check it out nonetheless.

This is so funny and so dope at the same time. Kudos to artist Jesse Nunez and his Photoshop skills for taking some of the best rap albums of all time and remixing the covers with current NBA stars. Melo’s “Get a ring or die trying” is so perfect but he also used Kevin Durant, Steph Curry and the Clippers. My personal fave though is what he did with Lebron & Kyrie on the cover of Raekwon’s “Only built 4 Cuban Linx”. Check out the gallery!

To celebrate Eazy E’s life and the 20th year of his passing (March 25th, 1995), Dr. Dre stopped by to chop it up with Big Boy on his radio show. Dre spoke about the NWA “Straight Outta Compton” biopic film, making “Nothing But A G Thang” with Snoop Dogg, the last time he spoke with Eazy E before he passed away along with much, much more.
