Drake Bell seems to have really high hopes for a new season of “Drake and Josh”. Bell got a chance to sit down and talk with MTV News about how the show would go if it were up to him. To be quite honest, its actually not a bad idea.

Yesterday was not very lit for former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell. The Drake & Josh star was driving in Glendale, CA in the early afternoon, when an officer saw him swerving and speeding (55 in a 35) after abruptly stopping at a red light. He was quickly pulled over, and administered an on-site sobriety test after cops smelled liquor on his breath. Needless to say, he failed, and was locked up for nearly ten hours before bailing out for $20k. Sheesh!
Damn! Guess Which Nickelodeon Star Just Fired For Bankruptcy!
Tough times for these former childhood stars. “Drake & Josh” and “The Amanda Show” actor Drake Bell was just filed for bankruptcy at 26-years-old, claiming he’s in debt a whopping $581,000. The Nickelodeon star lists the value of his house at $1.575 million…and that he owes $1.597 million on it. Yikes. It gets worse, though – his income is only $2,820 a month, but his monthly expenses are at $18,771 and last year…he only made $14,099 total. Sheesh!

Well, At Least ONE Drake Likes Amanda Bynes…
We all know the wacky behavior Amanda Bynes has been exhibiting for the last year or so, and it’s clearly something singer Drake wants to stay far away from, despite Amanda’s attempts for him to “murder [her] vagina.” (And her consequential disses when he didn’t respond…LOL.) However, one Drake is in her corner…her former Nickelodeon co-star, Drake Bell. The actor keeps in touch with Amanda, and speaking to OK! Magazine recently, said she’s totally fine. “Amanda and I are close…I talk to her every day,” he said to the mag. “She’s a sweetheart. I had lunch with her yesterday, and she’s brilliant. She’s good, and she’s healthy.” However, he hasn’t let her off the hook. He’s definitely asked her about her crazy actions as of late. “I’m like ‘dude, you come off crazy.’ She’s like, ‘I know, but I don’t mean to. I just changed the way I look.’” “Anytime I’ve ever been with Amanda, she’s totally coherent, totally there, totally everything,” he said, adding that he knows she’s not crazy or on drugs. I don’t think I believe that one, but hey! He’s just being a friend!
