Meek Mill Removes His Drake Diss From Soundcloud; Posts & Deletes Comment About The Beef

Looks like Meek Mill is trying to bury this Drake thing behind him for good. (As they say, though – don’t start nothin’, won’t be nothin’!) As a first step, the MMG rapper removed his [poorly received] Drake diss, “Wanna Know,” from his Soundcloud account. From there, he then reportedly posted and deleted a comment on the situation. “We only focused on making it out that’s the only war we fighting,” Meek began. “I’m not entertaining no rap/real beef over drake s/o a rapper!” He went on to say that money is his only focus right now, and he has no desire to throw it away over a silly beef. Check out his whole post in the gallery and let us know your thoughts! (I think that this was the best way to end it.)

Damn: Drake’s “Back To Back” Charts Higher Than Any Meek Mill Song Ever

Social media was already very clearly on Drake’s side since the inception of his issues with Meek Mill last month, and it proved to be financially successful for him as well on this week’s Billboard 200 charts. If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late shot all the way back up into the top 10, meanwhile, Meek‘s much newer Dreams Worth More Than Money fell to number 11. The surge in sales helped the album to officially be certified platinum, but that’s not the only thing Drake can celebrate this week. Drake’s Meek diss, “Back To Back,” has officially debuted at #21 on the Billboard Hot 100. Meek‘s highest-charting single, coincidentally, was at 21 with his current track “All Eyes On You” – but it’s unfortunately dropped to #43. Ouch.

It looks like Lorde is rockin’ with #TeamDrake when it comes to the Drake vs. Meek Mill feud that’s currently going on. The “Royals” pop-star took to her Twitter page to send out a bunch of tweets praising the Canadian-born rapper for his exceptional writing skills, despite the rumors that he does not write his own lyrics.
