Federal Prosecutors Will Seek The Death Penalty For Dylann Roof

Dylan Roof the man who walked into a church and killed nine people back in July of 2015 is now seeking the death penalty by federal prosecutors. He has been charged with 33 federal offenses. The offenses include hate crime charges for allegedly targeting his victims on the basis of their race and religion.

The 21-year old is already looking at nine counts of murder in state court and could very well face the death penalty.
