Kate Hudson opens up in the October issue of Red Magazine and addressed eating disorder rumors that have plagued her career. Although the actress has had two children, she is adamant that her slim figure is a result of exercise and dieting. The 35 year old expressed how she would never have an eating disorder, explaining she wanted girls to “love themselves”. Hudson expressed how she doesn’t feel eating disorders should be taken lightly or should be “plastered on the cover of a magazine” because it is a serious sickness.
