Kendrick Lamar Pays Tribute To Eazy-E In An Open Letter

Paper Magazine is paying homage to those rappers that paved the way for hip-hop by sharing open letters written by today’s artists. Kendrick Lamar who also recently shared a letter dedicated to Tupac, payed tribute the late rapper Eazy-E sharing the influence the N.W.A rapper had, saying, “I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Eazy.” In addition to Kendrick Lamar, in upcoming features, fellow rappers Eminem and Swizz Beats will also share their thoughts and feelings about fallen rappers and how they were influenced by them. (Video) Former Ruthless Records Artist Says He Knows How Eazy-E Contracted AIDS

There’s been tons of speculation on just how hip-hop legend Eazy-E contracted the AIDS virus. that ultimately took his life. This week former Ruthless Records artist Frost sat down with Siccness.net and revealed his feelings on just how Eazy-E got sick. According to Frost, Eazy was infected with an acupuncture needle. The rapper was receiving acupuncture treatment after a 4-wheeler accident and believes that Suge Knight called for him to received the infected needles. Frost said, “They gave him tainted needles with acupuncture,” adding, “Needles that tainted him, they gave it to him.” Read more below.

With all of the attention that the legendary West Coast rap group NWA has been getting as of lately due to the Straight Outta Compton biopic, even people who are not diehard fans of the group are sparking an interest to know more. I came across a super dope throwback video of the NWA boys getting interviewed by Fab 5 Freddy from Yo! MTV Raps. When he asked the group who came up with the name for the album, DJ Yella said it was all him right before he was interrupted by Eazy-E – who then proceeded to curse at Yella and make it known he was the brains behind the title. All you hear is Freddy say, “That’s kind of raw” because it got so awkward that he had no idea what else to say. LMAO, CLASSIC! This should have definitely been in the movie. (Audio) Jerry Heller Addresses The Possibility That Suge Knight Injected Eazy-E With AIDS

Since the debut of the ‘Straight Outta Compton’ film theories surrounding just how Eazy-E died have been swirling. Most recently, Eazy-E’s son, Yung Eazy spoke out about the death of his father and said he firmly believes that Suge Knight played a role in Eazy-E contracting AIDS.
